What You Will Do:
Strategic Leadership: Contextualize and communicate the strategy for achieving the region’s mission, vision, and values within your locations. Develop annual and long-term business plans ensuring alignment with regional direction and business outcomes.
Talent Development: Manage the full cycle of talent fundamentals, including selection, onboarding, training, development, performance management, culture, and engagement of your team. Identify and develop talent to grow into more complex and challenging roles.
Inspire and Engage: Lead through engagement and motivation, understanding the needs of your workforce, and creating a culture where everyone is inspired to do their best. Address barriers to retention and manage associate work-related concerns.
Operational Excellence: Work with Warehouse Managers, Supply Chain leaders, and store operations partners to localize and implement strategic initiatives. Drive the adoption of best practices in the field, remove obstacles to productivity, and ensure operational efficiency.
Financial Oversight: Oversee the P&L for your market, ensuring revenue and profit goals are met. Understand financial levers to move your locations toward their goals, manage expenses, maximize profits, and minimize loss.
Performance Management: Review performance and goals with Warehouse Managers regularly to ensure each location meets its targets. Create a culture that drives a great, memorable, and easy customer experience in all stores. Direct annual and long-term business planning, aligning with regional needs and company objectives with a focus on business outcomes like NPS, Cost per Unit, on-time delivery, shipment quality, associate retention, and engagement.
Collaboration and Innovation: Partner with store operations and finance teams to develop annual workforce plans. Influence and standardize best practices, sharing ideas and driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Ability to travel up to 50% with the ability to work at a physical Fulfillment location within the region and be within an hour of a major airport.
7-10 years of leadership and supervisory experience, including managing other leaders.
7-10 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution segments preferred.
Multi-site management experience required.
Strong executive presence with the ability to leverage data for strategic decisions and operational success.
Effective communication style, delivering clear and succinct messages to stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes.
People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach.
