BaT Exclusive: Pristine 9425-Mile 2000 Honda S2000
This 2000 Honda S2000 roadster (VIN JHMAP1141YT000685) is offered on behalf of the original 80-year-old owner whose wife has only added 9425 miles to the car since he purchased it new. The car is immaculate, having always been in California, has never been modified from 100% stock, and has always been garaged. We love the way these cars rev, but finding them without abuse and bolt-ons is nearly impossible, and even then, you won’t find many with this mileage. They are no longer being produced, and this one is available in San Carlos, California for $19,900.

Live From Scottsdale: Heavy Hitter Saturday
Saturday is usually the biggest day of the Arizona Auction week, and this year was no different with some amazing blue-chip cars crossing the block but also some interesting under-the-radar finds and our perennial favorite show and sale out at Pavillions. Randy Nonnenberg from BaT was the special guest on Hagerty Classic Car TV, where the day’s auction highlights were reviewed. Check out the videoCheck out the video hereand below.
We learned the hard way that we should always get to the Pavillions show early, as there were two cars we should have bought that were already spoken for. The black Chevy Biscayne below was set-up like a period privateer drag car and was clean enough to be across town at some of the high-end auctions. The car’s passenger seat sign listed it at $29,999 and by the time we tracked down the owner he already had a buyer and two-back-up offers.

The Right One: 1972 Lamborghini Espada SIII
